Holiday Fun

Apologies for the very belated, and super long post. These girls are growing and learning faster than I can keep up. We have our good days and our bad days (living with a "threenager" can certainly keep you on your toes), but when we slow down and take a look at our little family, we know we have been extremely blessed.

Harper is such a spunky little girl. She is a dancing, swimming, "reading", building, singing machine and you never know what she will say next. Finley is a loud, giggly, smiling, dancing, determined little girl who wins over the hearts of anyone she meets. I am still trying to figure out where my babies went, but we are loving watching them take in the world around them.

Now on to the pictures!

Pennsylvania Thanksgiving visit (full of silliness, cousins and food):

(Finley was invited to participate in the annual "Polar Express" viewing. She didn't sit still long, but it was fun while it lasted).

Breakfast with Santa:

Best Buddies (Savannah, Harper, Gigi)

A very proud 3 year old showing off the house she made at a classmate's Gingerbread House party

Our Annual Girls Trip to Chicago:

Finley recognized the big guy as soon as we entered the room and was not excited to sit with him again.

Traditional Weber Grill visit

Another Santa visit (Finley was not about to get close to him a 3rd time)

Harper's first time on ice skates!

Lugging around two girls who only wanted to be carried by MOMMY!!!

Children's Museum Fun:

Sign them up for the cast of Chicago Fire!

"Don't forget to pack ME mom!"

 Traditional Pizza Dinner:

Girls waiting in their usual spot

Four years of pizza parlor posing... things change quickly!

Christmas Eve:

Reading "The Night Before Christmas"... Finley was deep in her "mommy only" phase

Christmas Morning:

Knightstown Christmas Visit (lots of cute pictures, but not on my phone. Harper claimed most of the prints for her room, so I will try and add some of those to the blog when she is awake):

Our "Threenager" on the drive from Indiana to Pennsylvania

Pennsylvania Christmas Visit:
Harper in new Anna and Elsa (Frozen) dresses

Finley became obsessed with taking selfies on my phone. Here is the result of one session:

Harper visited Dziadziu at work. She was very excited to learn that he had a coat and stethoscope just like Doc McStuffins!
