Escape to Florida

We were more than happy to escape the Minnesota winter for a trip to Florida with some of our best friends. The kids had fun together and we all had a great time catching up. Here are a few highlights:
Flights that take off at toddler's bedtime- OK in theory, not so much in practice.

We even had some Downtown Disney time. (Hard to tell whether the kids or mommy and Emily were more excited).

New house!

It took nearly 12 years together, almost 8 years of marriage, 4 cities, 6+ rental apartments/houses, 1 dog and 1 spunky little girl, but.... We finally own a home! Yes, that means we are finally committing to a city for more than two years!

We found a new construction opportunity just two blocks from our rental in Edina and knew we couldn't pass it up. We closed in January and officially moved in on February 1, 2013.

Sorry for the long delay! It is pretty hard to capture our little one on camera these days. Our baby has become a full blown toddler and our days range from exciting and fun to frustrating and exhausting. Even in the rough times though, we are enjoying watching this little girl learn, grow and talk more each day.Here are some pictures of what we have been up to (at least what she stood still for).
