After writing Finley's two month, I realized I never posted our Halloween pics. A little late, but here they are.

Watch Me Grow!

This post is late, again, but we did remember to take 2 month pictures on time.

Finley was less than impressed with posing for the pictures.







This little peanut has been such a great addition to our family. Here is a quick update:

• We are enjoying watching her sister continue to adore her. When she cries Harper asks "Finley ok?" or calms her herself by saying "it's ok Finley. It'll be just fine, I'm here".
• She really is a peanut. At her two month appointment she was 9lbs 3.6oz (11%), 22.25 inches (43%), head 38cm (28%). The doctor was happy with her growth. (Her sister was 11lbs 2oz at two months, 62%).
• Finley is starting to smile a lot in response to noises and faces.
• She loves ceiling fans
• She is not a big fan of tummy time
• She is holding her head up pretty well (which sometimes looks funny because she is still so small).
• We are hearing a lot more coos and noises from her
• Harper has nicknamed her "Fincess" (instead of princess) and "Friendly Finley"
• We were ready to move her to her own room a few weeks ago (a little before 2 months) but we were heading into a few weeks on the road (ND, Thanksgiving, etc.) so I decided to delay
• Just like her sister, she shows no signs of getting into a regular nap schedule in her crib anytime soon.
• But she is a great nighttime sleeper (also like her sister). She has had nights as long as 8.5 hours and even bad night stretches are usually 6 hours long.
• I have a hard time identifying which parent she looks like- but EVERYONE sees Harper in her!

Can't wait to see what the next month brings.

Growing quickly!

Just had to post a moment I captured a few nights ago. Our little peanut doesn't look like a newborn anymore!

Being the Big Sister has its perks!

Harper has enjoyed some special "big sister" treatment the last few weeks. I think she enjoys this role!
